and yet we offer the Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams app) on all our workstations because having an actual app that is made to work with the various parts of the provided services allows for better productivity and an easier workflow, because each of the individual parts allow you to focus on the one particular task you are performing - and if we were to tell our users that they couldn't use these offline tools anymore (because hey, the whole suite is available online anyway), there'd be a massive revolt. Mail is online, Office apps are online, Calendar is online, Teams is online. You seem to be somewhat hard set on focusing on the fact that these services are (naturally) available through Google's Online Services front-end through a set of related URLs.Īt the company I work at, we use Office 365.
